Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 16.6 mg
Chromic chloride 1.0 mg

Selenomethionine 33 ¼g

Meta Mag is a patented proprietary form of Magnesium.

*¼g = microgram

No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, starches, yeast, and salt.


Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for magnesium supplementation.
Take 2 tablets daily for the relief of stress, muscle cramps and spasms, premenstrual symptoms and cellular energy production or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
